This role plays a key part in supporting the Amazon business, working closely with the Demand Planning team to provide transparency, accuracy, and insight across the organisation. You’ll be responsible for maintaining forecasts, reporting key Amazon metrics, and helping to minimise issues and penalties, while ensuring stock availability and smooth operations across multiple warehouses.
Provide Amazon forecasts for the UK and Europe, ensuring stock availability across Amazon and company warehouses.
Monitor availability to maximise sales opportunities and reduce order cancellations.
Create and manage product listings, collaborating with the Brand Management team to ensure new lines are set up accurately and on time.
Compile weekly and monthly dashboards, helping the team share insights and updates with key stakeholders.
Person Specification
Strong data analysis skills, able to spot trends, insights, and anomalies.
Logical thinker who can break down complex problems.
Confident communicator with clear written and verbal skills.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
