We’re working with a fast-growing UK-based manufacturer and supplier of critical power solutions, supporting organisations across healthcare, commercial, and industrial sectors nationwide.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the Sales Director, playing a key role in supporting revenue growth, managing customer enquiries, and ensuring the smooth progression of sales opportunities.
The Role
This is a varied, office-based position focused on managing customer enquiries, producing quotations, and supporting the wider sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Generating and qualifying new business opportunities
Booking meetings and identifying live projects
Building relationships with contractors, consultants, and end users
Responding to inbound customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Preparing and issuing quotations
Following up on quotes and supporting deal progression
Managing and updating the CRM with accurate information
Supporting tender submissions and related documentation
Liaising with internal teams including procurement and operations
Coordinating logistics for deliveries and collections
Scheduling engineers for installations, servicing, and call-outs
Communicating with customers to confirm site dates and requirements
Producing sales reports and pipeline updates
Monitoring active jobs and highlighting any risks or delays
Working Structure
You will work closely with the Sales Director to support:
Pipeline management
Quote conversion
Customer response times
Sales performance tracking

What We’re Looking For
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Customer-focused with a proactive approach
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
Strong administrative and coordination skills
Previous experience in sales support, internal sales, or customer-facing admin roles preferred
