We’re working with a fast-growing UK-based manufacturer and supplier of critical power solutions, supporting organisations across healthcare, commercial, and industrial sectors nationwide.


This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the Sales Director, playing a key role in supporting revenue growth, managing customer enquiries, and ensuring the smooth progression of sales opportunities.


The Role


This is a varied, office-based position focused on managing customer enquiries, producing quotations, and supporting the wider sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery.


Key Responsibilities


  • Generating and qualifying new business opportunities

  • Booking meetings and identifying live projects

  • Building relationships with contractors, consultants, and end users

  • Responding to inbound customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Preparing and issuing quotations

  • Following up on quotes and supporting deal progression

  • Managing and updating the CRM with accurate information

  • Supporting tender submissions and related documentation

  • Liaising with internal teams including procurement and operations

  • Coordinating logistics for deliveries and collections

  • Scheduling engineers for installations, servicing, and call-outs

  • Communicating with customers to confirm site dates and requirements

  • Producing sales reports and pipeline updates

  • Monitoring active jobs and highlighting any risks or delays

Working Structure


You will work closely with the Sales Director to support:

  • Pipeline management

  • Quote conversion

  • Customer response times

  • Sales performance tracking

Person Specification

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal

  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach

  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities

  • Strong administrative and coordination skills

  • Previous experience in sales support, internal sales, or customer-facing admin roles preferred
