Develop and lead a commercial strategy focused on long-cycle, high-value deals
Manage, coach, and inspire a growing team of Business Development Managers and Sales Leaders
Design and implement best-in-class training and development programmes
Build and maintain strong senior client relationships
Collaborate with Marketing to drive pipeline growth and improve conversion
Identify new revenue opportunities and growth markets
Deliver accurate forecasts and market insight to the executive team
Represent the business at industry events and in strategic conversations
Person Specification
Proven experience in senior B2B sales or business development leadership
Background in SaaS, analytics, platforms, or enterprise-level technology solutions
Success in leading teams and delivering multi-million-pound targets
Skilled in managing long, complex sales cycles and navigating enterprise buying groups
Strong strategic mindset combined with a hands-on leadership style
Gravitas and credibility with senior stakeholders, internally and externally
Sector experience in regulated, asset-heavy, or complex B2B environments is a plus
