The Client Success Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients involving face-to-face client visits and growing existing accounts. 


  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and be the main contact for regular face-to-face meetings.

  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with their business goals.

  • Track client performance metrics, prepare and present reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Optimise client use of solutions to expand usage and increase retention rates.

  • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities contributing to increased Monthly Recurring Revenue.

Person Specification

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and client success tools.

  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

  • Willingness to travel frequently for client visits.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client success, account management, or similar role.

  • Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
