  • Develop and implement CRM strategies aligned with commercial and marketing goals across both B2B and B2C customer journeys.

  • Plan, build, and optimise data-driven, multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, in-app, direct mail) using customer insights and behavioural data.

  • Create automated and personalised journeys to support key lifecycle stages: acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and reactivation.

  • Own and evolve segmentation strategies to improve relevance and targeting.

  • Translate CRM data into actionable insights to inform marketing and business strategies.

  • Manage the CRM platform including configuration, user access, templates, forms, scoring models, and lifecycle programs.

  • Partner with IT and data teams to ensure the effective use and development of CRM tools.

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

  • Work with analytics teams to deliver dashboards and insight reports across the marketing funnel.

  • Maintain data quality and GDPR compliance, and drive scalable segmentation and database management practices.


Person Specification

  • Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement roles – ideally in B2B.

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in CRM and marketing automation.

  • Strong understanding of customer data strategies, lifecycle management, and multi-channel campaign execution.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, segmentation, and performance optimisation.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills and able to collaborate across teams and influence strategy.
