You’ll need a proactive and creative approach, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team—often to tight deadlines. You’ll enjoy turning complex information into clear, compelling copy and feel confident working across both traditional and digital channels.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering the annual internal communications plan, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across the organisation

• Coordinating a monthly programme of corporate updates, highlighting success stories, best practice, and the latest company news

• Creating engaging content for the quarterly staff newsletter

• Producing both written and video content to support employer brand communications

• Supporting and delivering a series of internal events throughout the year

• Creating branded materials that support the People & Culture team in their internal initiatives
