Working as part of a collaborative sales team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong B2B customer relationships, supporting the growth of existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities within your territory.
Working closely with the external sales team, you'll help deliver sales objectives, provide excellent customer service and act as a trusted point of contact for clients.
You'll also work cross-functionally with colleagues across the business to resolve customer queries and deliver effective solutions.

Person Specification
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused sales professional who enjoys building long-term B2B relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll be confident communicating with customers, driven to achieve results and able to work collaboratively as part of a successful sales team.
Essential:
Positive, enthusiastic and motivated to succeed.
Proven experience in a sales or account management role with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to develop long-term customer partnerships.
A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving customer challenges.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident using Microsoft Office and internal business systems.
A flexible approach and willingness to support the business at trade shows or events when required.
Desirable:
Experience using CRM systems.
An interest in consumer products, retail or distribution.
Commercial awareness and the ability to quickly learn new products and markets.
