Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Supply Planners to ensure optimal performance and continuous growth
Oversee supply planning operations, ensuring timely execution of purchase orders and stock replenishment aligned with forecasts
Provide support and guidance in resource allocation and planning best practices
Manage the end-to-end supply planning process using ATP (Available to Promise) systems to meet customer demand
Liaise with suppliers to monitor orders and ensure warehouse replenishment meets service level targets
Monitor and report key supply chain KPIs (lead times, backorders, OTIF performance)
Maintain accurate supplier data and lead times within ERP and planning systems
Identify and escalate supply risks, resolve exceptions, and proactively manage delays
Coordinate with domestic and international suppliers to manage inbound freight and delivery schedules
Contribute to continuous improvement of supply planning processes, tools, and systems
Participate in planning meetings, brand reviews, and S&OP sessions
Person Specification
Minimum 3 years' experience in supply chain management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Proven experience in supplier performance management (including OTIF tracking)
Proficient in planning tools (e.g., ATP and ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
Detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to meet tight deadlines
