Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Supply Planners to ensure optimal performance and continuous growth

  • Oversee supply planning operations, ensuring timely execution of purchase orders and stock replenishment aligned with forecasts

  • Provide support and guidance in resource allocation and planning best practices

  • Manage the end-to-end supply planning process using ATP (Available to Promise) systems to meet customer demand

  • Liaise with suppliers to monitor orders and ensure warehouse replenishment meets service level targets

  • Monitor and report key supply chain KPIs (lead times, backorders, OTIF performance)

  • Maintain accurate supplier data and lead times within ERP and planning systems

  • Identify and escalate supply risks, resolve exceptions, and proactively manage delays

  • Coordinate with domestic and international suppliers to manage inbound freight and delivery schedules

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of supply planning processes, tools, and systems

  • Participate in planning meetings, brand reviews, and S&OP sessions

Person Specification

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in supply chain management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

  • Proven experience in supplier performance management (including OTIF tracking)

  • Proficient in planning tools (e.g., ATP and ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to meet tight deadlines
